Weekly Classes

In this all levels class, join in community to come back into your body. We will explore movement and breath with the intention of supporting the nervous system and promoting grounding, centering and resourcing. Each class will blend together hatha yoga, mindfulness, breath awareness and somatic practices. Join either in person or online via Zoom.

Our time together will include:
• Hatha yoga
• Mindfulness
• Somatic practices
• Breath awareness
Each class will be uniquely designed for the needs of the participants. Options will be also be provided for you to shape the practice to best support your nervous system.

When: Tuesdays 12 - 1 PST
Where: Soundview Center, Langley or online via Zoom
Cost: Sliding scale, $10 - 20​
